Spa Coordinator - PT

Part-time

Part-Time Spa Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:

• 2-3 days a week
• Greet clients, answer phone calls and offer refreshments to clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Direct client flow at desk, check-in and -Check-out guests, perform cash/card handling duties
• Complete reports and correspondence
• Participate in marketing promotions, and be well versed in treatments offered
• Assist with social media
• Knowledge of all menu, retail items, and membership program
• Demonstrates the ability to up-sell, cross-sell spa services and products.
• Ensure visual display items are clean and well-stocked
• General housekeeping (cleaning and laundry as required)
• Smile! Your role impacts everyone around you and your positive attitude is contagious
• Passionate about the spa industry; skincare, massage, and beauty
• Ensure the salon is “guest ready” at all times

Massage Therapist

This is an independent contractor position 1099.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid New York State License required and have liability malpractice insurance
• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue. Hot Stones, Cupping therapy, Sports Medicine, and Prenatal a plus.
• Perform 5 to 6 massages

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform detailed client consultations and massage treatments in a professional setting
• Create excellent experiences for our clients
• Write clinic notes
• Provide the highest standard of customer service with safety and cleanliness in mind
• PPE required
• Keep the workroom/ area safe and clean
• Work with other therapists to share space/ rooms and time

Sugarist/Esthetician

This is an independent contractor position 1099. 

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid New York State Esthetics License required and have liability malpractice insurance.

Duties include performing all skincare, sugaring, waxing, and body treatment services. Dermaplaning is a Plus! Must also be open to learning new skills. The ideal candidate is someone who is a team player, who is passionate about skincare, must be willing to learn all services offered at the spa. You must possess strong customer service skills, be able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills. Be able to upsell products and services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Analyze, consult and perform high-quality facials in a professional and comfortable setting
• Create excellent experiences for our clients
• Create a Disney and unforgettable experience for our clients
• Have a deep understanding of ingredients and product offerings
• Reliable and punctual
• Write S.O.A.P. notes
• Provide the highest standard of customer service with safety and cleanliness in mind
• PPE required
• Keep the workroom/ area safe and clean
• Work with other therapists/esthetican to share space/ rooms and time
