You get the best of both worlds with a Therapeutic massage, as it is a fusion mix between Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. While the areas of focus will be addressed with deeper pressure to minimize chronic pain and discomfort, the rest of your body will enjoy the soft to medium pressure of a Swedish massage.
