Introducing a custom-blended treatment that helps to increase circulation, decrease inflammation, and improve your body’s detoxification properties. Choose one of our four high-quality essential oils to be blended into a rare clay mix of Kaolin and Bentonite, containing 72 natural minerals. A heat thermal booster is then added to the clay souffle mask to help alleviate aching muscles, as well as our hydraulic acid serum to help hydrate your skin. *Reminder - Clients should drink 6-8 glasses of purified water during the Detoxification Treatment. Clients should not shower after using certain products because the skin continues to absorb the nutrients from the products for two to three hours after their application.
Contraindications regarding Steam Therapy
- No steam therapy to pregnant clients.
- Due to the increase in cardiovascular activity brought on by heat, steam therapy is not recommended for those who have high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular problems.
- No steam therapy to clients who are extremely frail, sick, or elderly.
- No steam therapy to clients who may be drunk or under the influence of non-prescription substances.

Why should I detoxify?
We currently live in the most polluted eco-system in our known history. From the toxins in the air, the chemicals in our products, and our consumption of processed foods, our bodies are overloaded with foreign substances. Along with pollutants we assimilate in everyday life, our bodies produce and store an excessive amount of toxins. Because of poor diet and high stress, we tend to accumulate and store excessive quantities of waste products, such as diacetic, lactic, pyruvic, uric, carbonic, acetic, butyric, and hepatic acids.

How steam helps you detoxify?
Heat experienced during a Steamy Wonder™ treatment speeds up the chemical processes in the body, making it one of the most simple and comfortable ways to rid the body of accumulated toxins. As the pores open up and the millions of sweat glands start to excrete, the body rids itself of metabolic and other waste products. This also helps to reduce fluid retention. Perspiration allows excretion of toxins and impurities through the skin, helping the kidneys and liver to detoxify the blood. Sweat contains almost the same elements as urine, and for this reason, the skin is sometimes called the third kidney.
Regular sweating can help detoxify your body as it rids itself of an accumulation of carcinogenic metals (lead, mercury, zinc, nickel, and cadmium) as well as alcohol, nicotine, sodium, sulfuric acid, and cholesterol. Sweating is such an effective detoxifier and it also draws out lactic acid which causes stiff muscles and contributes to general fatigue.

Anything I should do before & after?
*Avoid consuming a big meal or alcohol at least one hour before your treatment to allow maximum healing benefits.
We highly recommend that before receiving our Weight Loss & Cellulite or our Sore Joint & Muscle Treatment, it is suggested that the client first does the 3, 4 or 5 days, Detoxification and Purification Treatment. (3 consecutive days are recommended). Detox is great to do every 3 months or every season.
